ZMA-TA-001
Institutional Acquisition Readiness Assessment (IARA™)

Building Confidence Before Capital
ZMA-TA-001™ is ZMA's proprietary institutional acquisition readiness assessment developed to evaluate whether an organisation is genuinely prepared for institutional acquisition or strategic investment. Rather than promoting opportunities to investors immediately, ZMA first conducts an independent assessment of governance, regulatory compliance, financial integrity, operational capability, legal preparedness and institutional maturity. The objective is to strengthen organisations before they enter discussions with family offices, sovereign wealth funds, private equity firms, multinational corporations and other institutional investors.

Key Principles
Independent institutional assessment
Governance before growth
Evidence before opinion
Transparency before trust
Readiness before representation
Assurance before capital

About ZMA-TA-001™
